Understand the website’s local tools and the data policies required before connecting a service.
Information summary, not an approved customer privacy notice or binding service agreement. Final legal policies must be approved before service activation.
Local planning tools
The workload planner, requirement checklists and pricing estimator use selections in memory. They do not submit a workload, upload a dataset or grant access. Refreshing clears those selections.
Credentials and customer content
Keep workload keys on your trusted backend. Do not enter API keys, session cookies, prompts or personal information into public planning tools. The connected identity and support journeys require their own approved custody and retention policy.
Before a service receives data
The responsible entity, purposes, regions, subprocessors, retention periods, deletion and export rights must be confirmed in the approved privacy notice and service agreement. This overview does not claim those service policies are already approved.
